Plugwork History
In 2019, BPO Agent Daniel Bautista invested all his life savings of $5,000, launched a B2C virtual assistant company and a website. The Idea is simple, to help clients save time and money by offering virtual assistant services.
Rented a small apartment and hired 2 people. Plugwork was born and able to serve 2 clients from Australia. Plugwork quickly gained a reputation for providing quality service and fostering a people-first culture. As the company expanded, it added innovative new services and took on more critical operational areas.
In about one year, Plugwork grew to 150+ employees servicing multi-million dollar companies from Australia, United States, and United Kingdom.
Today, Plugwork is a pioneering digital outsourcing company that provides next-generation customer experience and tech-enabled services to the world’s most innovative brands, helping them build, protect, and grow their businesses.
